Mar Bella is a beautiful master
planned community
on League City’s east side started in
2007. Located just one-mile from Galveston Bay and the Kemah
Boardwalk off Hwy 146 at Texas 96, this 531 acre community features
40 acres of lakes, one of which is 29 acres, so that 20% of
the home sites will feature water views. Mar Bella is also bordered
by a 44 acre nature park created by the city of League City

six of which were not new construction, ranging in size from
1,500 square feet to 4,800 square feet and priced from $155,000
to $470,000.
